Ergo Undercoat Rake

• An effective moulting tool designed to help remove loose fur from the undercoat
• Ideal for heavy-coated breeds that require regular undercoat maintenance
• Rake teeth help lift and remove loose hairs, supporting coat care during moulting
• Helps keep your dog's coat tidy by reducing loose fur

Gently brush the rake through your dog's coat in the direction of hair growth. The teeth help reach into the undercoat to lift and remove loose fur. Begin with gentle strokes and increase pressure only if your dog is comfortable. Avoid pressing the teeth into the skin or repeatedly brushing the same area. Pause or end the grooming session if your dog becomes agitated or shows signs of discomfort.

For dogs that are new to grooming, introduce the brush slowly. Begin grooming sessions when your dog is relaxed and, where possible, after exercise. Keep sessions brief initially and gradually increase their length as your dog becomes comfortable with grooming. Offer plenty of reassurance throughout the session and pause or end grooming if your dog becomes agitated or shows signs of stress.
